During the drama filled Sunday, the 37-year-old held his nerve playing the final 28 holes at Baltusrol Golf Club bogey free. Walker was superb down the stretch. With three crucial birdies on the back nine, he closed with a 3-under 67 to reach 14-under. He defeated defending PGA champion Jason Day by one shot. Day produced the shot of the event onto the par-5, 18th green. The world No. 1 blasted his 2-iron approach to 15 feet and made eagle.
